Selling a site
We value the site on its parking income, prepare the particulars, and put it in front of operators and investors who buy car parks. You keep control of who you sell to and at what price. Our fee is a percentage of the sale price, paid on completion, and you can instruct other agents alongside us.
Buying a site
Tell us what you are looking for: location, size, freehold or leasehold, budget. We source sites that match, many of them off market through our landowner relationships, and introduce them to you as we find them. Our fee is a percentage of the purchase price, paid on completion.
