Website Terms of Use
Published: 20 July 2026. Last updated: 20 July 2026.
These terms cover your use of this website. They are deliberately short and in plain English. Please read the first section especially. It matters.
1. The important part: this site is information, not advice
Everything on this website, including every page and article, and the output of any tool, calculator or estimator we may publish on it from time to time, is general information and illustration only. It is not financial, legal, tax or other professional advice, and it is not advice about your site or your circumstances.
Reading this site, using any tool on it, or sending us an enquiry does not make TPMC your adviser. No advisory, client or other professional relationship exists between us until we have both agreed engagement terms in writing.
If we publish a tool on this site, any figures it produces depend on assumptions. Such figures are industry-level illustrations, not predictions: no general tool can account for your site’s layout, occupancy, contract terms or local conditions. Actual outcomes will differ, and may differ substantially. Do not make decisions about your parking arrangement based on this site alone. If you want an assessment you can rely on, book a free site review and we will look at your site properly.
2. Who we are
This website is operated by The Parking Management Consultancy Limited, trading as TPMC Group, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16975568.
- Registered office (our Companies House filing address): Unit 29 Highcroft Industrial Estate, Enterprise Road, Horndean, Waterlooville, Hampshire PO8 0BT
- Office (where we work and trade, and where to send post): Bridges Wharf, 4 Vicentia Court, London SW11 3GY
- Email: info@tpmcgroup.co.uk
These are two different addresses. The Waterlooville address is our registered office and is used for statutory filings and formal service of documents. The London address is our office, the place we trade from, and it is the one to use for everyday correspondence.
3. Using this site
You are welcome to browse this site, use any tools we publish on it for their intended purpose, and share links to it. You must not:
- use the site or any of its tools in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting or connected systems;
- use automated tools to scrape or bulk-copy the site’s content, or misuse our forms to send spam or anything unlawful;
- present material from this site, including the output of any tool on it, as advice from TPMC, or as endorsed by us, in dealings with third parties.
We may suspend or withdraw the site, or any part of it, at any time without notice. We do not guarantee the site will always be available or error-free.
4. Our content and trade marks
The content of this site belongs to us or our licensors: text, design, graphics and logos, including the TPMC name and P-mark logo. You may view, download and print pages for your own internal use in considering your parking arrangements. Any other reproduction, republication or commercial use needs our written permission first. Nothing on this site grants you any licence to use our name or logo.
5. Third-party services and links
This site is hosted by Vercel and uses embedded third-party services, currently Formspree (our enquiry, review and register forms), Calendly (our booking calendar) and Vercel Web Analytics (page-view counts), and may link to other websites. Those services and sites have their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control and are not responsible for. How we and those providers handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. A link from this site is not an endorsement.
6. Accuracy
We take care to keep this site accurate and current. But the private parking sector changes. Codes of practice, regulation and market terms move, and content on this site may be out of date by the time you read it. We make no promise that any content is complete, accurate or current, and we may change or remove content at any time.
7. Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
Subject to that:
- We are not liable for loss arising from reliance on this site’s content or tool outputs as if they were advice; section 1 explains what this site is and is not.
- We are not liable for business losses, including loss of profit, revenue or anticipated savings, arising from use of this website. This site is a marketing and information site; any advisory work we do for you is governed by separate engagement terms, not these.
- We are not liable for loss or damage caused by viruses or other harmful material arising from your use of the site or your downloading of content from it, or from websites or services linked to it, though we take reasonable care to keep the site safe.
8. These terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example when we add new tools to the site. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version published on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies. Please check back when you revisit.
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
9. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute about them or about your use of this site, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you use this site as a consumer, this does not deprive you of any mandatory legal protections, or of any right to bring proceedings, that the law of the place where you live gives you.
